convenient location gluten-free menu comfortable bed bland food italian influence separate charge
the location proved convenient, a feature i valued greatly. breakfast offered a really good gluten-free menu. the bed allowed me to be comfortable .
the food presented a bland experience, needing refinement. the italian influence seemed misaligned with local offerings. i noticed that extras incurred separate charges, a point to consider.

amazing experience at this hotel
friendly staff breakfast selection snooker table dining room decor
The staff was friendly, and i was greeted with genuine smiles. the breakfast selection had variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. i enjoyed the snooker table in the common area. It added a touch of class. also, the dining room's decor created a cool, classy 1950s club vibe.
the beer selection at the bar was quite limited.

the hotel is centrally situated, giving easy access to shops and bars. surrounding beaches are within a comfortable walking distance, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery. i found the proximity to everything very convenient.

a snooker table is available , a nice touch for evening entertainment. the dining room has a classy 1950s club feel, complete with a jazz playlist. the bar serves cocktails, a plus for enjoying a nightcap.

My beautiful double or twin room was modern but cosy. a great shower was included in the bathroom, i thought. robes and slippers are available for extra comfort. I found this a nice touch.

good selection superb interior slow service dark decor
The breakfast had a good selection. The interior decoration was superb. Daria at reception and the whole team were very friendly. They did everything to ensure a perfect stay.
The room decor felt depressing. I found nowhere in the bathroom to set toiletries. The service in the bar was very slow. I waited twenty minutes for a drink in the evening.

helpful staff great food high prices missing mirror
The staff went beyond my expectations. The hotel offer great food and the team seems wonderful. I also liked the gin provided in my room. It was a complimentary Basalt gin and a fine touch.
I understand newly renovated hotels faces teething issues. The hotel might look at the rooms before charging prices that high. There weren't a mirror in the room to dry and style hair. I also noted a Nespresso coffee machine was in a dark wardrobe. It makes the room unconvinient.

The location was central. Staff were friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade on my Family Room. Breakfast was amazing with local food served in afternoon tea style. It was a lovely touch.
Parking at the hotel is nonexistent. Our room was very small. It was only suitable for one person.

tasteless meal high prices
the staff was friendly. the check-in process was easy.
the food was not good. the prices are high, but the meal was tasteless both for the evening meal and breakfast. they need to address this.

helpful staff fantastic location parking issue dark decor
the staff were so helpful. they really went out of their way to assist me with everything i needed. the location was AMAZING!!!
parking was a big issue. there was none available. also, the room was very dark. the decor made it feel a bit depressing :(
